To wrap up a year of hard work and shared achievements, EPiC LiDAR hosted its Annual Gala and New Year Team Retreat on January 22–23, 2026. The two-day event gave our team a chance to slow down, recharge, and strengthen the connections that power our journey forward.
Our trip began at the Xianning Hot Spring Resort, where everyone enjoyed a well-deserved opportunity to relax and unwind. After a busy year, the peaceful setting and warm waters offered the perfect reset.
That evening, the team gathered for the Annual Gala, one of the most anticipated moments of the year. General Manager opened the event with a New Year address, looking back on EPiC LiDAR’s progress in 2025, honestly reflecting on areas for improvement, and sharing clear goals for 2026. His words expressed genuine appreciation for the team’s dedication and set an encouraging tone for the year ahead.
A special highlight of the evening was the Employee Recognition Ceremony. Awards such as Outstanding Newcomer, Employee of the Year, Perseverance Award, and Innovation Award were presented to team members who went above and beyond. The applause in the room said it all — every achievement at EPiC LiDAR is built on teamwork, commitment, and a shared drive to move forward together.
The celebration continued with a lively dinner filled with music, performances, games, and prize draws. Colleagues took the stage to sing and share their talents, bringing energy and laughter to the room. Between conversations, toasts, and shared moments, the evening strengthened the sense of camaraderie that defines our team.
Day two of the retreat was just as memorable. At Yanziya Scenic Area, the team took a cable car ride to enjoy sweeping mountain views. A visit to a local strawberry farm added a fun and simple joy to the day, while a walk through the historic streets of Yangloudong Ancient Town offered a quiet moment to appreciate culture, history, and the beauty of slowing down.
Though the retreat lasted only two days, it left us with lasting memories and renewed motivation. The warmth and unity we experienced have become the energy we carry into the year ahead.
As we step into 2026, EPiC LiDAR moves forward with confidence, focus, and a strong sense of teamwork. Together, we will continue to innovate, grow, and create new milestones in the year to come.
